Fat Shack

Fat Shack is a burger, wings and late-night sandwich brand that began in 2010 as a late-night food business in New Jersey. Its first Colorado restaurant opened in Fort Collins in 2011. The menu centers on Angus beef burgers served on a toasted brioche bun, bone-in wings and boneless fingers in a choice of sauces, Philly cheesesteaks, and shakes.

The Fat Sandwiches are the signature item, built on a long roll and stacked with combinations of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, french fries, mac n' cheese and cheesesteak. Deep-fried desserts such as Oreos, cheesecake bites and funnel cake bites round things out. This location is at 706 S College Ave in Fort Collins and offers dine-in, takeout, delivery and online ordering.
