Syntax Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar

Syntax Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar is a craft distillery and cocktail bar in historic downtown Greeley, listed at 625 3rd St Unit C. The distillery says it has made whisky, vodka, rum and specialty spirits since 2010, working from local grain and Colorado water.

The tasting bar pours its own spirits, including a straight bourbon, Crystal Vodka, Rose Gin and Heavy Rum, alongside a long menu of classic and signature cocktails. Its website also mentions an espresso bar and grilled sandwiches, and there are separate food, coffee and to-go cocktail menus. Distillery tours are available by appointment, and the distillery teaches cocktail-making and distilling classes. Catering is offered. Check the website for current menus and events.
