Tibet's Restaurant & Bar serves traditional Tibetan and Himalayan cooking at 321 McCaslin Blvd in Louisville. Dishes are made fresh to order, from single servings to family-style portions, and the kitchen accommodates gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets. The menu includes steamed momo dumplings, homemade Tibetan noodles, tikka masala, and an appetizer sampler of pakoras, samosas, and rolls, with desserts such as kulfi and chocolate cake.

The dining room is decorated with handmade masks, Thangka scrolls, and photographs of Tibetan Buddhist leaders, and the restaurant says it works with the Colorado Tibetan Culture Association. A food truck is also available for events and private gatherings, with locations that can change. Online ordering is offered, and the restaurant notes parking is available.
