Smoke House Meats BBQ Catering is a Southern-style barbecue operation based in Aurora, serving the Denver metro area since 2010. The owner prepares all of the food personally, and the menu centers on smoked meats such as brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, turkey legs, sausage and links, along with smoked salmon, catfish, crab legs and lobster tails.

Seafood boils in a bag, a taco bar and a nacho bar are also on offer for events. It is a catering and takeout business rather than a dining room, with service limited to weekends and three-day holiday weekends.
