Babette’s Artisan Bakery

Babette's Artisan Bakery is a small production bakery at 2030 Ionosphere Street in Longmont, run by husband and wife team Catherine and Steve Scott. The counter offers croissant items, pastries, sourdough loaves, focaccia and mortadella sandwiches. There is no set menu, and the selection changes through the day, with some daily specials selling out early.

Guests can take items to go or sit in the dining room, on the front patio or on the rooftop. Regular items can be paid for ahead and picked up by calling the bakery, and gift cards are available.
