Snarf's Sandwiches is a Colorado-founded sandwich brand that opened its first shop in Boulder in 1996. The menu centers on oven-toasted sandwiches made to order on white, wheat or gluten-free bread, with meats and cheeses sliced fresh and a house giardiniera pepper blend as a signature topping. Sandwiches come in several sizes, from small Snarflette kid-sized subs to 12-inch versions, alongside entree salads, rotating soups, sides, cookies and brownies.
