Rosie's Ice Cream is a small ice cream and sorbet shop at 1083 S Pearl St in Denver. The shop makes its ice cream and sorbet in small batches and presses its own waffle cones. It keeps sixteen flavors in the case each day, with new ones rotating in weekly and a number of vegan sorbets among them.
