Heart of Jerusalem Cafe is a Middle Eastern restaurant with three locations in Colorado Springs. It was founded in 2007 by Hussein Abukhdeir, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, and his family, who wanted to offer affordable Middle Eastern cooking close to home after moving to the area from their roots in Jerusalem.
