Crystal Springs Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Louisville, Colorado, founded in 2010. Its Brewers' Lounge sits at the production facility on South Taylor Avenue, and the brewery also runs a taproom at 604 Main Street. The beer lineup spans ales, Belgian styles, Kolsch, lagers, pilsner, porter, non-alcoholic beer and rotating flavors of hard seltzer.
The brewery's story traces back to a home-brewing start in 1988, and the name comes from a nineteenth-century Boulder brewery. The Main Street taproom pours from 13 taps, mixing year-round staples with limited releases. Catering is available, and the brewery's website has more on beers and events.
