Description
MiddleState Coffee is a roastery and cafe at 212 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, in the Baker neighborhood just inside the Santa Fe Arts District. The team says it tastes a lot of coffee, picks its favorites, and works to preserve the flavor of each coffee from the grower to the cup, with a focus on small lots from small farms.
The company also runs a second cafe, called LiddleState, in the Potter Highlands neighborhood. Natural wines are available at both shops, and coffee can be bought through the website.
