Description
Finkel & Garf Brewing Co. is a family-owned craft brewery and tap room at 5455 Spine Rd in Boulder, Colorado. Founded in 2014, it brews on a 15-barrel system for its tap room as well as bars, restaurants and liquor stores around the state, and uses a smaller 3-barrel system for experimental batches and tap room exclusives.
The core lineup includes an oatmeal milk stout that won a gold medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival, a West Coast-style IPA, a red IPA, an American lager and a dry-hopped amber. The brewery also releases dozens of limited beers each year. Call ahead or check the website for current pours.
