Colorado Craft Social

Colorado Craft is a modern restaurant and bar at 15 S Tejon St in downtown Colorado Springs, built around Colorado-made drinks and ingredients. The bar program features more than 100 Colorado whiskies alongside local breweries, wineries and spirits, and the kitchen works with regional purveyors such as local farms, a bakery and a fish company.

The menu leans toward elevated bar food, including handcrafted burgers, a bison burger, a spicy chicken sandwich, steak and frites, loaded fries, wings and pork green chili. Gluten-free and plant-based Impossible Burger options are available on request. Local sports play on the TVs, and a downstairs cocktail bar called Archives Underground Libations sits beneath the main room. The website offers reservations, online ordering and pick-up orders.
