Alpine Pastries is a family-owned European bakery at 4602 Plettner Lane in Evergreen, open since 1995. Owners Robert and Rebecca Kelty bake each morning before opening, turning out Berliner donuts, croissants, danish, apple strudel, eclairs, scones and biscotti, along with cookies, pies and custom cakes. Fresh coffee is also brewing.
The shop sits on the Creek Side level of Evergreen Mountain Village, with a patio and benches overlooking the creek and seating inside. The menu changes from day to day and items can sell out, so the bakery suggests calling ahead to reserve favorites or place a custom cake order.
