Snitching Lady Distillery

Snitching Lady Distillery is a craft distillery and tasting room at 500 Front St in Fairplay, Colorado, a historic mining town at nearly 10,000 feet. Established in 2018, it makes whiskey, bourbon, brandy and rum in-house, drawing on family recipes and local grain and fruit. The tasting room occupies the original Bank of Fairplay, with a vault door, reclaimed wood and barrel tables. Guests can order flights, cocktails and shooters, plus local craft beer and wine by the glass.

Live music and trivia nights are on the calendar, and happy hour and catering are offered. A dog-friendly patio is available. Yummies, a food stand behind the distillery, serves burgers, street tacos, all-beef hot dogs, quesadillas and a lamb pita, with vegetarian protein options and gluten-free bread.
