Its pizzas are baked in steel pans, with cheese pressed to the edges for a crisp crust and red sauce ladled on just before serving.
The menu includes Detroit-style pies such as the Cadillac, the Carnivore and the Herbivore, plus thinner bar-style pizzas, salads, appetizers, desserts and drinks.
