Description
Persephone Grae's Cafe & Juice Bar is a family-owned cafe at 511 N 30th St. in Colorado Springs, at the end of Old Colorado City. Owner and chef Lyman Anderson opened it in June 2022 after more than two decades cooking in local restaurants. The kitchen focuses on made-from-scratch, healthy comfort food with a gourmet bent, and describes its pickle soup as one of its unusual twists.
The menu covers all-day breakfast, brunch, lunch, smoothies and fresh juices. Breakfast bowls, biscuits and gravy, huevos rancheros, and sandwiches like the Reuben and the Manitou Gobbler are among the dishes. Takeout, delivery within the Springs-Manitou area, and catering are available, along with gluten-free options and free parking. The cafe is a short drive from Garden of the Gods.
