Z’Abbracci – Pizza, Pasta & Tap House

Z'Abbracci is an independent, locally owned Italian restaurant and full bar at 312 Wilcox St in Castle Rock. The name blends "za" (short for pizza) with the Italian word for hugs. The menu centers on pizza made from a house dough that takes 24 hours to prepare, along with scratch-made pasta, risotto, calzones, hoagies and Italian sandwiches. Starters include fried sausage ricotta ravioli, arancini risotto tots and meatballs.

Twenty Colorado craft beers are on tap, and the restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner. It sits in a historic downtown building with reclaimed Colorado wood, 100-year-old brick walls and a heated patio over Main Street. Guests can dine in or outside, order takeout or delivery, or arrange catering. Meeting space is available for business luncheons and league celebrations.
