Ironton Distillery & Crafthouse

Ironton Distillery & Crafthouse is a Colorado craft distillery that has made spirits since 2018. The distillery describes its approach as small batch, made onsite with filtered house water and local ingredients where possible, never blended or mass-produced. The lineup includes whiskeys, gin, vodka, rum, aquavit and several liqueurs, along with a cocktail menu, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

The Denver tasting room at 3636 Chestnut Pl closed in December 2024. The distillery now runs a pop-up tasting room at 1303 Empire Road in Louisville, Colorado, while it builds a new home there. The tasting room does not take reservations, and private events can be arranged through the distillery. Check the website for current hours and menu details.
