Description
The Lodge at Sunspot is a mountaintop bar and grill at 85 Parsenn Rd in Winter Park, sitting at 10,700 feet at the top of the Gondola. The resort describes it as a spot for lunch or a midday snack and drink, with panoramic views of the Continental Divide.
On select Thursdays through Saturdays in the late afternoon, the lodge hosts Mountaintop Après with live music, food and drink specials, and a happy hour. Catering is available, and the lodge and Gondola are wheelchair accessible. Reservations are generally not required, though special event days differ. The lodge is currently closed and is expected to reopen for winter 2026, so check the website before planning a visit.
