Description
Busey Brews is a smokehouse and brewery at 70 E 1st St in Nederland, Colorado, about 18 miles west of Boulder. The kitchen smokes meats and tofu, with wings, St. Louis style ribs and brisket on the menu, and the beer is brewed on-site, with more than 20 taps pouring lagers, IPAs, stouts and sours. House-made kombucha and ginger ale, wine and cocktails round out the drinks.
The restaurant is locally owned and has been under the Busey family since 2019. Diners can eat in, order takeout or order online, and there is outdoor seating, a happy hour, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options. Catering and event space are available with advance notice.
