Bittersweet Cafe & Confections is a family-owned cafe and event venue at 836 Main St in Louisville, Colorado. Pat and Azadeh Walsh renovated an old Main Street home and opened the cafe in 2010, and it has operated as a community gathering space for more than 13 years.
The menu covers espresso and non-espresso drinks, house-roasted coffee, baked goods and desserts, breakfast bagels and burritos, sandwiches, paninis, salads, and seasonal juices. Breakfast is served, and online ordering is available.
