Description
Kirby Cosmo's BBQ Bar is a barbecue restaurant on Main Street in Minturn, Colorado, set on the quiet streets of the town's old district. The restaurant says its barbecue traces back to Asheville, North Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina, where the original JB's BBQ restaurants began. After JB opened in Minturn, the Tamberino family took over, giving it a new name and look, a full bar and an expanded menu.
The kitchen serves barbecue burgers, sandwiches, ribs and homemade fries, alongside a range of local beers and specialty drinks. The restaurant also hosts live music events, and online ordering is available. Call 970.827.9027 or check the website for the menu.
