Description
Trestles Coastal Cuisine is a family owned and operated seafood restaurant at 880 W Happy Canyon Rd in Castle Rock. Jose and Mimi Espinoza opened it after careers in California restaurants, and the name nods to a stretch of surf coast between San Diego and Orange counties.
The menu goes beyond seafood, with dishes such as cioppino, mussels and clams in white wine, blackened ahi tataki, rack of lamb and filet mignon.
