Description
La Diabla is a Mexican restaurant on Larimer Street in Denver, built around pozole and mezcal. The kitchen is led by Chef José Avila, who describes it as a tribute to the pozolerías of his Mexico City upbringing. Pozole comes in verde, rojo and negra versions, and the kitchen nixtamalizes its own corn, using it for both hominy and house-made tortillas.
