Bruxie

Bruxie is a restaurant at 1000 S Colorado Blvd in Denver built around waffles. Its menu pairs the Southern comfort of chicken and waffles with waffle sandwiches, chicken tenders and custard shakes, with sauces made from scratch and food made to order.
