Elk Camp

Elk Camp is an on-mountain restaurant at the top of the Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass Village, serving a New American market-style lunch along with snacks and beverages. Stations feature a rotisserie, hand-tossed pizzas, an outdoor grill (weather permitting), a build-your-own salad bar and a bakery. Local beef chili with cornbread is served by the fireplace, and the signature bacon cheeseburger is made with locally raised beef, candied bacon and house-made Boursin cheese.

The building has a curved roof and stone columns inspired by the surrounding Rocky Mountains, and an expanded deck is open for dining outdoors. A kids grab-and-go meal is offered for children 12 and under, and catering is available for private events and groups. The restaurant is currently closed for the winter season.
