Grill On The Gore

Grill on the Gore is an American restaurant inside the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse at 1775 Sunburst Drive in Vail. It is open to the public and describes its cooking as a creative take on American comfort food, with a full bar, Colorado craft beer and specialty cocktails.

The summer menu covers sandwiches, salads, appetizers and desserts, made with Colorado-sourced ingredients and produce from the restaurant's own garden. In winter, the focus shifts to a daily soup and chili buffet with cornbread and hot drinks. A large patio faces the Gore Mountain Range. Seating is first-come, first-served, and parking at the clubhouse is free. The restaurant is also on the free Town of Vail bus line. Online ordering and gift cards are available, and private events can be booked from November through April.
