Bee's Thai Kitchen is a family-owned Thai restaurant at 418 E Simpson St in Lafayette, Colorado. It grew out of a food truck, and the cooking draws on Chef Bee's roots in Phayao, Thailand. The menu covers curries such as green, red, Panang, Massaman and pumpkin, along with noodle dishes like Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Khao Soi.
