Dancing Noodle

Dancing Noodle is a small, family-owned Thai restaurant at the Crossroads Parker strip mall on South Crossroads Drive in Parker, Colorado. The owner has worked as a cook for decades, and the recipes come from several restaurants and visits to his hometown in Thailand. The kitchen makes dishes from scratch, including the drunken noodles, egg rolls and crab rangoon, and avoids jarred sauces and premade appetizers.

The menu covers pad Thai, pad see ew, pad kee mao, green, red and panaeng curries, and fried rice, with a choice of proteins and heat levels. The dining area is small and cozy, so ordering online or by phone for takeout is a good option at busy dinner times. It opened at this location in the summer of 2010.
