Description
Thai Mint Restaurant is a family-run Thai restaurant at 1725 Briargate Blvd in Colorado Springs. The owners say they have served the community for more than ten years, cooking from recipes handed down through generations. The menu covers Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and drunken noodles, plus green, red, panang, massaman and yellow curries served with jasmine rice.
Starters include egg rolls, crab cheese wontons and the house chicken appetizer called Chica Bomb. There are coconut and sour soups such as Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum Goong, several fried rice dishes, and sweet sticky rice for dessert. A separate gluten-free menu is available.
