Cottonwood Lodge at Hyland Hills

Cottonwood Lodge is a full-service restaurant and bar inside the clubhouse at the Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills on Sheridan Boulevard in Westminster. It opened in 2023 and is run by the Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District. The restaurant is open to the public as well as golfers.

The menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, with burgers, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, salads and breakfast burritos smothered in pork green chili. A Sunday brunch menu, grab-and-go items for the course and a happy hour round out the offerings. Reservations are accepted, and two banquet rooms are available for catering and private events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
