It is one location of the Wishbone Restaurant brand, which was founded by Joe and Frances Lochi and has been family owned and operated for over 50 years, with second and third generations now running it.
The first Wishbone opened in 1963 on Federal Boulevard near the old Mile High Stadium, and the family went on to open several other locations around the Denver area. This Westminster restaurant opened in 1994. Catering is available, with large events handled by phone, and online ordering is offered.
