Description
Black Cat is an American farm-to-table restaurant founded in 2006 by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, and named for its original location on 13th Street in Boulder. The menu draws on what the couple's 425-acre certified organic farm raises and what the team forages, and it changes every day. The cooking is described as Front Range cuisine, an expression of Colorado's forests, fields and mountains.
In the fall of 2024 the restaurant moved to the farmstead, where it serves farm dinners with outdoor dining and garden views. Reservations and online ordering are available, and private events can be booked by email. Its sister restaurant, Bramble & Hare, now occupies the 13th Street space.
