Mercantile Dining and Provision is an American restaurant at 1701 Wynkoop St #155 in Denver, in the Union Station area. It is led by Chef Alex Seidel, who is described as a James Beard Award winner, and the kitchen builds seasonal menus around Colorado farmers, ranchers and producers.

By day it works as a cafe, with lunch plates like salads, a fried chicken bánh mì, a burger and a Classic Italian Hero, plus a brunch menu. In the evening the focus shifts to shared dishes served in waves. Menus also cover happy hour, cocktails, beer, wine and dessert. The restaurant accepts reservations, takes online orders and offers catering and private events, including patio receptions and full-space bookings.
