Description
Pablo's Pizza on Main Street in Grand Junction is the original location of a pizzeria named for Pablo Picasso. It sits in a historical building among the shops, hotels and restaurants along the tree-lined street. Paul and Kaci Knaysi opened it in October 2000.
The menu lists 28 pizzas plus calzones, eight salads and homemade cookies. Pizzas come in three sizes, half-and-half orders are available, and gluten-free dough is offered in smaller sizes. Salads include a Greek salad and a Caesar, and a rotating pizza of the week is posted online. Takeout and online ordering are available.
