Boil Daddy is a Cajun seafood concept that began in downtown Los Angeles and now operates franchised locations, including this one at 5996 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs. The menu centers on seafood boils built from shrimp, crawfish, clams, mussels, lobster tails and snow or king crab legs, tossed in garlic butter, Cajun or a mix of the two called Daddy Sauce.
Beyond the boils, the menu includes wings in several flavors, po' boy sandwiches, fish and chips, fried calamari, Cajun fries and clam chowder. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available.
