Description
Parker Garage is an American restaurant at 19420 E Mainstreet in downtown Parker, Colorado. The building has served the town as a garage, feed store, auction house, western wear shop and the Warhorse Inn, and was restored in 2014 to become the restaurant it is today. It is owned by Brent and Meghan Walker and Todd and Antoinette Simons.
The all-day menu covers starters such as ahi tuna crudo, calamari, burrata and Southern Colorado poutine with house-made pork green chili, plus soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, steaks and desserts. The bar pours wine by the glass, including selections from Aperture Cellars, along with cocktails, spirits and whiskey flights. Reservations are accepted, and online ordering and catering are available. A private dining room seats 40, and the restaurant also hosts a chef's table tasting experience.
