Ember is a modern American restaurant, bar and event venue at The Estes Park Resort, 1700 Colorado Peaks Drive, on the shores of Lake Estes. It is the fifth restaurant from Gafner Hospitality Group and the first for owners Sean and Rebecca Gafner in Estes Park, with Executive Chef Sean Gafner leading the kitchen.
The breakfast menu includes a quinoa bowl with boar sausage and wild mushrooms, bison barbacoa chilaquiles, eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, and brioche French toast, plus morning cocktails and fresh pressed juices. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available, and the restaurant also hosts weddings and other events.
