The Farm Bistro

The Farm Bistro is a farm-to-table restaurant at 34 W Main St in downtown Cortez, Colorado. It opened in 2009 as an extension of an organic farm in Mancos and describes its cooking as "comfort food with style," made from scratch with mostly local ingredients. The menu leans on burgers, salads, sandwiches and soups, with daily specials that include pasta and grilled pizza. Dinner brings cast iron skillet dishes, chicken pot pie and a local yak burger, with options for both meat eaters and vegetarians.

The bistro also has a lounge serving only Colorado beer, wine and spirits. Lunch can be dine-in or takeout, and dinner takes reservations. Catering is available on and off site, with custom menus, buffet and bartending service, and room for up to 60 guests in the dining room.
