Description
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is a Colorado seafood restaurant that opened its first location in Boulder in 1994, with the LoDo Denver spot following in 1996. It describes its cooking as centered on fresh, sustainably sourced seafood and a raw bar. Its restaurants were the first in Colorado certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
