Description
The Wok of Joy is a Thai take-out spot run from a little green food trailer at Conference Center Plaza in Telluride's Mountain Village core. The kitchen serves traditional Thai street food cooked by Joy, and the site notes the menu changes from week to week. The trailer is closed on Tuesdays.
Beyond the trailer, Joy takes on private events. Options include catering delivered as individual take-out containers, foil serving dishes or chafing pans, an in-home chef dinner with a customized menu, and cooking classes at your home. Check the website for the current menu.
