240 Union Restaurant

240 Union is an independent American grille on Union Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado, open since 1989. The kitchen is built around a 60-foot open line and an 800-degree wood-fired oven, and the menu changes with the seasons. It covers wood-fired pizzas, hand-cut steaks, seafood, house-made pasta, and a Sunday Prime Rib the restaurant calls a longtime guest favorite.

The menu marks vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and includes a kids menu and a bar with specialty cocktails. Three private rooms and an enclosed patio host events for up to 100 guests, and catering is available. Reservations are taken through OpenTable or by phone, with online ordering also offered.
