Campfire Denver is an American restaurant at 400 E 19th Ave in Denver. The kitchen makes its menu from scratch and sources from Colorado wherever possible. It also pours a long list of Colorado drinks, including cocktails made only with Colorado distilled spirits, a whiskey list served in 1.5 or .5 ounce pours, and about 70 draft beers, mostly from Colorado, with roughly ten new ones each week.
Brunch runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 3pm alongside the regular menu. It includes breakfast tacos, a breakfast burrito that can be smothered in green chile, French toast and a skillet, plus Bloody Marys, mimosas and micheladas. Online ordering is available.
