The Den on Eleventh

The Den on Eleventh is a New American restaurant at 1111 Francis St in Longmont, Colorado. It is a collaboration between Chef Beau Raffensperger and his brother Taylor, and the menu focuses on elevated classics with family, community and comfort as guiding principles. The seafood side draws on the chef's summers on the Eastern Shore, with items like pan-seared scallops and mussels and frites. The Francis Lasagna is his late grandmother's recipe, and the restaurant says it supplies meat from Buckner Family Farm.
