24 Carrot Bistro

24 Carrot Bistro is a New American restaurant in downtown Erie, Colorado, housed in a historic building with a vaulted barn beam ceiling and exposed brick. The kitchen builds a seasonal, chef-driven menu around ingredients from Colorado farms and ranchers, including local vegetables, seafood and antibiotic- and hormone-free meats and poultry. The restaurant also holds the Slow Food Snail of Approval.

The bar makes cocktails with housemade liqueurs, bitters, shrubs and syrups, and the menu includes a happy hour, mocktails and bottled cocktails for takeout. Guests can reserve a table, order online or arrange catering. The bistro also hosts monthly speakeasy dinners, which are multi-course evenings that require reservations.
