Description
Rootstalk is a seasonal American restaurant at 207 N Main St in Breckenridge, Colorado. Led by chef Matt Vawter, a 2024 James Beard Award winner, the restaurant is MICHELIN Guide-recognized and says it aims to connect guests with the farmers, ranchers, winemakers and other producers behind the food. Dinner is served seven nights a week, with a daily après happy hour offering a small menu of food and drink.
The menu includes a dinner menu, a chef's counter, desserts, and a list of cocktails and wine. Reservations are accepted, and online ordering and catering are available. Downstairs, the Root Cellar private dining room hosts parties of 6 to 30 guests, and the main dining room can be booked for larger events.
