The Greenbriar Inn

The Greenbriar Inn is an American restaurant, tavern and private event space on North Foothills Highway in north Boulder, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. It describes its cooking as seasonal American classics with modern touches, backed by a wine cellar of more than 750 labels. The menu includes oysters, escargot, Beef Wellington and house made pasta, and much of the produce and herbs come from gardens on the property.

The restaurant opened in 1967 in a building dating to 1873 and sits on 20 acres with two ponds, woodlands and gardens. Dinner is served in the dining room, on seasonal patios or at the bar. Happy hour, reservations and catering are available, and the property hosts weddings and private events.
