Adams Mountain Cafe

Adam's Mountain Cafe is a Manitou Springs restaurant at the base of Pikes Peak, just a short drive from Colorado Springs. The kitchen makes its food in-house, including chai, syrups, soups, sauces and desserts, and describes a globally inspired menu with Latin, Mediterranean, Asian and North American influences.
