1874 Food Truck runs Courtyard Grill, a permanent casual kitchen in the Windsor courtyard at 635 Grand Avenue in Del Norte. Despite the name, it is a fixed spot rather than a roaming truck. The menu centers on build-your-own burgers with a choice of Colorado beef, bison, fried chicken or a veggie patty, plus po' boys, Cajun chicken wings, hand-cut fries, fried okra and beignets.
