Cafe Diva

Cafe Diva is a seasonal restaurant at 1855 Ski Time Square Dr in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Chef Kate Rench writes a new menu each season, built around naturally raised meats, sustainably sourced seafood and produce from small family farms. The restaurant opened in 1998 as a wine bar serving appetizers and has grown into a full dining room with a mountain contemporary feel.

The cellar holds over 300 wines, with sommeliers on hand to suggest pairings, and the bar pours house cocktails, zero-proof drinks and local beer. Dinner service begins at 5pm daily, and reservations are recommended in winter. Happy hour runs Monday through Saturday. Private dinners for up to 50 guests are available, and carry-out is not offered at this time.
